×Online Services UNAVAILABLE | Fri Dec 5, 5:30-7:30pm
Due to scheduled server maintenance, some online services will be unavailable for approximately two hours between 5:30 and 7:30pm on Friday, December 5.
During this period, you may not be able to access:
- Your My BPL online account (to place holds, renew items, etc.).
- Online services or resources that require your library card number and PIN to use, such as digital resources like OverDrive/Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, and LinkedIn Learning.
- Online program registration or your My Event account.
- Automated telephone renewal.

Central Branch CLOSED | Sun Dec 7
Central Park is the staging area and starting point for the Santa Claus Parade on Sunday, December 7.
Due to the high volume of vehicle and pedestrian congestion expected in and around the park, Central Branch will be CLOSED all day. The branch will be open as usual on Saturday.
BPL locations OPEN on December 7:
- Aldershot, Alton, Brant Hills, New Appleby: Noon to 5pm
- Tansley Woods: 9am to 5pm

MakerSpace Closures | December
Central Branch MakerSpace will be open its regular hours in December except for these closures:
- Sat December 6: Closed 10am to 2pm. The studio will be open from 2 to 4:30pm.
- Sat December 27: Closed
- Tue December 30: Closes EARLY at 4:30pm
- Wed December 31: Closed

Unfortunately, Mother Goose & Baby Play and Chat at New Appleby Branch is cancelled on Thursday, December 4 and 18 at 2-4pm.
