Help Us Make Your Library Even Better

From Monday, June 2, to Sunday, June 15, you have a special opportunity to share your thoughts and make a real difference by taking our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

"Over the past few years, thousands of Burlington residents have shared thoughtful feedback that has helped us grow and improve our services and collections,” says BPL chief executive officer Lita Barrie. “When we hear directly from you, we can focus on what matters most to the people we’re here to serve.”

The survey is quick and easy, with just three short sections: Demographics, Library Services, and Strategic Plan Feedback.

You can take the survey by visiting bpl.on.ca/survey.

What’s New This Year

This year, BPL is working on our 2026-2027 Strategic Plan, and your input can help guide the way. This short, optional section of the survey is a chance for you to share your thoughts on the goals and priorities that will help shape the Library’s direction for the next two years.

There’s also a second way to make your voice count: the Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC) is inviting library users across the country to complete a short National Impact Survey. Your response will help highlight the value of public libraries nationwide. If you’d like to take part, you’ll find a link to the CULC survey after you finish BPL’s customer survey—also available here.

We sincerely appreciate your time, interest, and openness. As our CEO Lita Barrie says, “Burlington Public Library thrives because of your involvement! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make our library the best it can be for everyone in our community. We look forward to hearing from you in the coming weeks.”
