With your library card, you can borrow passes to gain free general admission entry to various local and provincial tourism destinations.
General Information
Community Access Passes (CAP) are available at all our branches on a first-come, first-served basis. You can get pass availability information in the catalogue, but you will not be able to place a hold either online or by calling the branch.
The availability of passes can change quickly as customers borrow and return them throughout the day. While the catalogue may show a pass as “available,” we cannot guarantee it will still be there when you visit the branch.
We kindly ask that you return the passes promptly due to their popularity. Always call ahead to the participating organization before your visit to find out if any restrictions are currently in place.
- Loan period: 7 days
- NO holds may be placed on passes.
- Passes cannot be renewed.
- Passes are family passes where indicated.
- Late returns: the full replacement value of the pass will be charged to your library account for passes that are not returned within 30 days of checkout. Please refer to each organization for more specific details.
- Passes are not valid for special events.
