During this period, you may not be able to access:
- Your My BPL online account (to place holds, renew items, etc.).
- Online services or resources that require your library card number and PIN to use, such as digital resources like OverDrive/Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, and LinkedIn Learning.
- Online program registration or your My Event account.
- Automated telephone renewal.
