Changes to Borrowing Limits

Over the past few years, we’ve added a number of new collections to the library that are hugely popular. At the same time, we’ve heard from both customers and staff that keeping track of all the different borrowing limits can be confusing.

Thanks to your helpful feedback, we’ve taken a fresh look at how members borrow these items and made a few changes to simplify things. By adjusting the checkout and hold limits for some collections, we’re making it easier (and faster!) for you to get your hands on the items you want most.

These changes take effect on April 15, 2025.
