Meet Britannica Library
Back in the day, before the Internet and the World Wide Web, Encyclopedia Britannica was a popular go-to reference for school projects and general information. Now, over 250 years on, Britannica is still offering high-quality, fact-checked information to learners through its online platform, Britannica Library. It’s totally free to access through the library, so take advantage of this amazing resource and expand your knowledge!
Britannica Library provides instant online access to world-renowned entries on thousands of curated articles and magazines, images, videos, audio clips, maps, research tools, recommended websites, and a pop-up Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and Thesaurus.
Britannica’s worldwide team of writers continuously updates the content, with around 1,200 new and revised articles added every month. Despite the massive amount of information packed into this resource, Britannica Library’s site is simple to search and fun to browse.
